At EuroBean Supply, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@eurobeansupply.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


⏱️ Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (orders usually arrive sooner) 

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout, if applicable for Premium Austrian Coffee Collection)

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and your location.


💰 Shipping Costs

  • Continental Collection or House Coffee Collection shipping fees are
    for orders under $ 150.00 are $ 5.00 . 
    Shipping Fees for orders over $150.00 is $ 14.95 .

  •  Premium Austrian Coffee Collection shipping fees
    UPS Ground 0.5 - 6.6 lbs  $  9.95
                          6.7 - 11 lbs    $ 14.95
    Orders over $ 500 ship free.
    FedEx and USPS are calculated with a $ 2.00 handling fee.


🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.


🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please email us at support@eurobeansupply.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
